Keith Anderson is already in the giving Christmas spirit -- he's offering fans a sneak peak into his upcoming album project. "This record is back to drinking and making love," the ruggedly handsome singer tells The Boot.

"Our last record had a little darker, introspective feel to it because when we started recording it I had just lost my mom and [producer Jeffrey Steele] had lost his son. It was a different time in our life and the music reflected that."

Sometimes celebrities seem to dart in and out of concerts without really doing much listening. It's like they are more about the appearance than the actual music. But at Friday night's (Nov. 13) Keith Anderson and David Nail concert in Chicago, Vince Vaughn was there for the music. He was there with his mother and his fiancé Kyla Weber. And after being bombarded with fan requests for pictures, autographs and chit chat before the show -- which he doled out graciously -- he finally sat down when the concert started.

Country music and professional sports are hopelessly intertwined. Country stars go to the games, athletes show up at their concerts, and then those stars go to even more games. It's like a never-ending circle of mutual admiration.
