Meet and Greet Policy

KEITH ANDERSON FAN CLUB MEET & GREET POLICY

1. All members of the Keith Anderson Fan Club will receive TWO BACKSTAGE PASSES PER YEARLY MEMBERSHIP.
2. To allow time for the receipt of your membership kits and the return of the form below, ALL NEW MEMBERS MUST ENTER THE FAN CLUB AT LEAST FOUR WEEKS PRIOR TO THE DATE OF THE SHOW they wish to attend.
3. As soon as you know the date of the show you wish to attend, please email the fan club with the following information at Fanclub@KeithAnderson.com.   Please be sure to include Backstage Request in the subject line.
   First & Last Name - Email Address - Date of Show - City & State of Show
4. All forms must be completely filled out with exact show date and location. In order for us to locate your name in the database, your name must read exactly as it does on your membership card.
5. Your form must reach our office AT LEAST FOURTEEN DAYS PRIOR TO THE DATE OF THE SHOW YOU WISH TO ATTEND.
6. Please do not include change of address, renewals, orders, questions, etc. on this form. This is for meet and greet pass requests only.
7. When your form is received it will be verified in the computer that no renewals are due. After this clearance, your name will be put on the backstage pass list for the date you requested. We will then email/mail you a confirmation confirming your backstage pass. Please take the confirmation with you to the show.
8. If your passes are not used during your current membership year, they cannot be carried over and used the following year.
9. PLEASE ARRIVE AT THE SHOW 90 MINUTES PRIOR TO SHOW TIME. Check in at Will Call for Fan Club Meet & Greet Instructions.
10. YOU MUST PRESENT YOUR MEMBERSHIP CARD AT THE TIME OF THE MEET & GREET.
11. Cameras are welcome backstage. Due to copyright infringement laws, video cameras are prohibited.
